Custody Sequence 88a1
The attached custody sequence records the subject as received in Lower Annex shelving at 21:10, transferred from Corridor Stores at 21:16, and held pending dispatch at 21:19. These entries are complete, correctly signed, and internally consistent when read separately.
Read together, they require the subject to have remained in three administrative states without interruption. Staff are reminded that sequence confusion is not improved by renaming the subject after the fact. The discrepancy has previously widened to include nearby holdings, duplicate tabs, and one entire shelf marker that now appears in both blue and yellow issue stock.
A supplemental note advises that physical relocation should not be treated as corrective action unless route authority has first been confirmed. Previous attempts produced clean paperwork, but did not reduce the number of valid destinations.
